All summit registration fees, networking events, and food and beverages for the duration of the sponsored events are paid in full by Digital Hands. Attendees just need to book travel and lodging. See hotel options here.

When should I fly in and out of Tampa?
We recommend arriving in Tampa on Thursday, January 23rd, 2024, to allow time to settle in before the cybersecurity summit begins on Friday. For your departure, it's best to fly out on Sunday morning instead of Saturday night, as the Gasparilla parade celebrations will cause heavy traffic throughout Saturday evening.
-
Where should I stay?
We've put together a recommended list of hotels in order of proximity to the Gasparilla Parade here.
-
When should I book my lodging?
Book as soon as possible. The Gasparilla Parade is Tampa's busiest weekend of the year, and hotels and flights fill up quickly. Secure your reservations early—you can always cancel with reasonable notice if plans change.

What should I expect from Gasparilla?
The Gasparilla Pirate Festival hosts the nation's 3rd largest parade (only behind the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and Mardi Gras!) attracting over 300,000 pirates and partygoers to the streets of Tampa. It’s a citywide celebration filled with elaborate pirate costumes, floats, and the iconic flotilla of pirate ships sailing into the bay. Don’t forget your pirate attire—or you might just have to walk the plank! (Seriously, you won’t want to be the only one in town without pirate gear ☠️).
